Hi Darren,

I love the idea of training sessions weekly.  There is so much training that I need I don’t even know what I don’t know!! (besides everything).  I was about to book 6 tickets with Skylink and really read their website and find out there is extra charges for credit card use.  I had no idea that there would be another 4% charge.  I listened to Wendy’s consolidator broadcast before which was helpful; she was under Sirev and the other web sites are quite different.  So more on consolidators and the different sites would be GREAT.  Sirev is not helpful with multi city flights.

 

Also training on the following would be great:

Groups

Insurance

Agent “reward” programs

Web sites (signing up ourselves and not using the 1-800 list passwords etc.) are we missing correct e-mail addresses to use

Fareconnect “booking” forms (invoicing etc for clients)

More training with reps (eg. Skylink)

 

Also please sign me up for Trip pro with skylink and also the new Cruise booking engine.  Hopefully we can get together this Friday so I can book these 6 flights.

training schedule

  I would like to see regular training sessions starting in April. Webinars on Tuesday nights at 7 pm every other week. How does this work for everyone? What does everyone want to learn about. Your input here is important. We can do more training on insurance or consolidators if this is important. Please give me your ideas. Thanks Darren
