Webinar reminder / Lose of deposit on prebooking

Remember the webinar on policies and procedures tonight at 7 pm mountain.

 

DEPOSITS:

If you are to do a $300. deposit or a $150. deposit per person on a group or regular booking remember you are on the hook for the package if you do not cancel it ON OR BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT DATE! Most bookings are due 45 days prior but some have early booking bonus dates and these can be 6 months or more prior to travel. You as the agent are responsible for this final payment date. Darren

Now that I have your attention!

It has come to my attention that many agents have still not done their RBC courses. You are not permitted to sell travel if you haven't done so. This is a requirement and not an option. If you have lost your diploma do the course again as a refresher once a year helps. All diplomas to be sent to your area owners. There will be no exceptions. Thanks Darren

New fees

16.4 Fees. 

Incomplete, inaccurate or late booking sheets can result in delays in commission payments. Completing 16.3 above will aid in the timely application of payments to invoices.

    

·         Requests for commissions already paid $25.00. You will receive a report each month for travel bookings paid. Keep these reports to track your commissions paid. Inquiries for previously paid commissions will result in a $25.00 fee.

 

·         Inaccurate, incomplete, late submission of booking sheets/creation of invoices $25.00.

o     Booking sheets must be submitted same day and invoice keyed within 72 hours after a booking is made. Failure to do so will result in a late charge of $25.00,

o    Incomplete/ inaccurate invoices will result in a $25.00 charge.
