We are pleased to offer you different options to join our web seminar training sessions.
Option 1: Recorded Sessions
Most Recorded Sessions are 15 minutes in length and available 24/7.
Recordings are now available in both English & French
Option 2: Live Hosted Sessions
Live Hosted Sessions are available in 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour in length. Sessions are hosted by various Business Development Managers across Canada.

Once you've found a session that interests you, all you have to do is simply click the title of the webinar, a window will pop up then click on the "Register" button and complete the online registration form. Upon completing the registration form, you will receive an email immediately confirming your registration for the webinar.
On the business day before your scheduled session, you will receive a second email providing you with all of the necessary information to access the web seminar.
*Important Changes: · With the recent change to our RBC WebEx platform we now have the ability to broadcast our live webinars over the internet though your computer speakers. Please note that you will not be prompted to call in though your telephone. · On your final e-mail reminder, you will receive a link to join the meeting, click on the link to be directly connected to the live webinar. If your computer does not have speakers or you wish to call in, the host of the webinar will provide a toll free number and access code for you to use. · For technical difficulties please contact WebEx Live Support @ 1-888-447-1119 Please note:
Web seminar confirmations and reminders are sent by email from RBC WebEx Training Center - messenger@webex.com. We ask that you do not delete these emails as they are not "spam" and contain important information required for you to access the web seminar.
All webinar registrations are subject to cancellation prior to the scheduled date.
Following the completion of a live hosted webinar session, you will receive an email confirmation of your participation. This email will replace the tracking form and number previously provided.
Attention British Columbia and Saskatchewan Travel Agents
• Most sessions 30 minutes in length or longer will count towards the continuing education requirements for the insurance licenses of BC travel agents.
• Product sessions 60 minutes in length or longer will count towards the continuing education requirements for the insurance licenses of SK travel agents. • Recorded Sessions do not qualify towards the continuing education requirements for the insurance licenses.
