I just tried the booking on-line and want to bring some things to your attention in case they have not been noticed before. There is only an address field for passenger #1. I have 3 different fares so 3 different tax amounts which I could not enter so I entered the total tax amount. I booked Insight Vacation packages so I am not sure what category that would be as far as all-inclusive, European etc. Let me know if you need the addresses and tax amounts.
